Hustle/Op ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of the schools, preschools, gyms, and other organizations that use our platform ("Operators"), as well as the families and students those Operators serve. This Privacy Notice explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights with respect to that information.
By using the Hustle/Op platform or website, you agree to the practices described in this Notice.
Hustle/Op is a multi-tenant operations platform designed for preschools, gyms, schools, and activity-based businesses. We provide tools for enrollment management, scheduling, billing, and family communications. Our customers are the organizations that subscribe to our platform ("Operators"). The families, students, and staff whose data Operators manage through Hustle/Op are referred to as "End Users."
When an organization subscribes to Hustle/Op, we collect information necessary to create and manage their account, including:

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) governs the privacy of student education records. Hustle/Op operates as a "school official" under FERPA when processing student data on behalf of schools and preschools that are subject to FERPA. In this capacity:
Operators are responsible for ensuring their use of Hustle/Op complies with FERPA, including obtaining any required parental consents.
Hustle/Op's direct customers are organizations — not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13 through our public website.
Where Operators use our platform to manage records for children under 13, that data is provided by and managed by the Operator, who is responsible for obtaining any parental consents required under the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and applicable state laws.
If you believe we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, please contact us at support@hustleop.com and we will promptly delete that information.
We work with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, including payment processing, cloud hosting, analytics, and customer support. These vendors are contractually required to protect your information and may only use it to perform services for us.
End User data is shared with the Operator who manages your enrollment or account. The Operator's own privacy practices govern how they use that information.
We may disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, or government authority, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the safety of any person or to protect our legal rights.
If Hustle/Op is acquired, merged, or undergoes a significant business transition, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy notice.

We retain Operator account data for as long as the account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to allow for account reactivation, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. We retain End User data in accordance with the Operator's instructions and applicable law.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at support@hustleop.com. Operators can also delete End User data directly within the platform.
